This vehicle rental / hire agreement is contracted under third-party fire and theft cover. You (the hirer) and us (coppard Plant Hire Ltd) are the primary parties in this vehicle hire contract, while anyone else is considered a third party.
In the unfortunate event of a crash that is determined to be the hirers’ fault, you as the hirer will be liable for covering the entire replacement/repair cost of the rented / hired vehicle.
Excluding Drivers Under Age 25 – Vehicles On Hire and by any person who has not held a full UK or EU driving licence for a minimum of two years whilst out on hire.
No more than 6 point on the licence of which can only be speeding points only.
