Tracked Crane Carriers – Morooka Fleet with Palfinger Cranes
Coppard operates Morooka rubber-tracked carriers fitted with knuckle-boom cranes for lifting work where access, terrain or ground conditions make conventional wheeled lifting equipment difficult to use.
The tracked undercarriage distributes the machine load across a broad contact area, making these carriers particularly useful on fields, woodland sites, riverbanks, beaches, unmade routes and other locations where conventional road-going crane vehicles may not be suitable.
The current fleet includes machines ranging from the DT41 Morooka MST1500 with an 8,000kg maximum carrier load through to larger Morooka units with greater load and crane capacities. The DTC01, for example, is currently listed with a maximum carrier load of 12,050kg and crane reach of up to 24 metres.

The DTC02 is a heavy-duty tracked platform designed to transport large indivisible loads across terrain that cannot easily be reached by conventional road-going transport.
Unlike Coppard’s crane-equipped Morooka carriers, the DTC02 is a load-carrying platform rather than a lifting machine. Coppard’s current catalogue lists a maximum load capacity of 30,000kg.

Compact Track Carriers – 1200 Pro and 2500 Pro
For restricted-access jobs, Coppard’s compact tracked carriers provide a smaller alternative to the heavy Morooka and DTC machines.
The Track Carrier 1200 Pro is 750mm wide and has a maximum load capacity of 1,200kg, making it suitable for moving materials through narrow access points, buildings, garden entrances and other confined areas. Coppard currently lists the 1200 Pro at £200 per day or £400 per week.
The larger Tracked Carrier 2500 Pro is 950mm wide with a maximum load capacity of 2,500kg. It provides additional carrying capacity while remaining considerably narrower than larger construction plant. Current catalogue pricing is £275 per day or £500 per week.
