P11104 Vacuum Glass Lifter
The P11104 Vacuum glass lifter is designed for use with cranes and other types or hoisting equipment. We have a full range of narrow access UNIC cranes available for hire that will suit any requirements you may have.
With two circuit vacuum system for extra safety, the system circuits allow the lifter to maintain the vacuum level in one circuit even if an unexpected vacuum loss occurs in the other one (eg, due to load breakage). The P11104 - ‘4-in-line’ is the industry’s most widely used vacuum lifter offering 180° rotation (with automatic locking at each ¼ revolution (when desired) )and 90° (with automatic locking in vertical position )tilt movements for load manipulation. Onboard power permits cordless operation on cranes and hoists, while a lightweight steel and aluminium frame combines strength with durability. Geko – Window and Glass Installation Robot
It complies with manual handling regulations.
It has a Maximum capacity of 250kg with a working height of 2.5m. It fits through a standard size doorway – 672mm. Hydraulic lifting and tilting powered by a 12v battery. 20˚ powered forwards tilt head movement 30˚ powered backwards tilt head movement 500mm powered vertical head movement 100mm lateral head movement. MRT4 Glass Lifter Dual Circuit
Designed for use with a crane or other hoisting equipment, MRT4-DC lifters employ
vacuum to hold a load for lifting, and they provide manual 360° rotation and manual
90° tilt movements for load manipulation.
Power Source: 12 volts DC, 8 amps Battery Capacity: 7 amp-hours Rotation Capability: Manual, 360°, with automatic locking at each ¼ revolution (when desired) Tilt Capability: Manual, 90°, with automatic locking in vertical position Vacuum Reserve Tanks: Vacuum reservoirs help prevent immediate vacuum loss in case of power failure and extend battery life by reducing pump cycles required to maintain vacuum.
