Thanks for an excellent job

I'm writing to say that I am delighted with the service I have just experienced from your company. I have just hired a scaffolding tower from Friday am until Monday am and have had an excellent experience. The tower (in parts) was delivered exactly at the time I had been told, by a very professional and courteous man. I telephoned at 7am this morning and it was removed within the hour. Thank you very much for an excellent service.

The dust is beginning to settle after the wedding and I now have a moment to write you a note of thanks. That machine (Kubota RTV) is just what one needs at a country wedding. It was incredibly useful – and great fun. I don’t know how we would have managed without it. Thank you.

Alvar was a real gentleman to turn out a 7am to help me and the driver of your Cement mixer to lay the concrete ramp. Fantastic job on the steps. They are way beyond what we were expecting, both in quality and quantity.

Just a few words to express my thanks to your driver who cleared most of The Grove this afternoon. He worked hard and tirelessly, and we now have our road open again after 6 days of an impassable road. it was a very pleasant surprise when the digger turned up. Excellent work, many thanks.

Just a quick note to say well done, I have seen many companies do work in this area but none to your standard. Most have no regard for other people’s property or the disruption they cause but I find your company Coppard to excel in everything. Not only do you have happy workers which keep everyone informed to what’s happening but I found that every night before they packed up everything was swept clean. And not disruptive. I wish you all the best and welcome this firm here again. I would urge you to copy this and send to ___ because I never write letters of praise normally only complaints.
