The P11104 Vacuum glass lifter is designed for use with cranes and other types or hoisting equipment. We have a full range of narrow access UNIC cranes available for hire that will suit any requirements you may have.

With two circuit vacuum system for extra safety, the system circuits allow the
lifter to maintain the vacuum level in one circuit even if an unexpected vacuum loss
occurs in the other one (eg, due to load breakage).

The P11104 - ‘4-in-line’ is the industry’s most widely used vacuum lifter offering 180° rotation (with automatic locking at each ¼ revolution (when desired) )and 90° (with automatic locking in vertical position )tilt movements for load manipulation.

Onboard power permits cordless operation on cranes and hoists, while a lightweight steel and aluminium frame combines strength with durability. Its flexibility and ease of handling make the 4-in-line the ideal general purpose lifter for site use.

The Transmanut Vacuum Kerb Lifter can safely lift up to 400kg.

It can lift concrete and granite kerbs stones, paving slabs, steel plates, timber sleepers and much more without any physical effort .

The kerbs or slabs are moved into place using an overhead boom and can lay up to 6 meters of kerbing without the need for the machine to be moved

This is a unique batching system where concrete is mixed to order, i.e. materials are carried on the truck and batches are mixed as required at anytime during production, the operator can shut off the mixer and modify the mix design. There is no waste as precise quantities are mixed to order

• No part load charges.
• No running out of concrete as more can be mixed as required.

Distribution and installation in one manoeuvre, means efficient working practice as well as a healthier one for your workers.Suitable for attaching to any type of wheel loader with a fork-lift carrier .The jumbo is secured to the fork-lift carrier by means of clamping prongs, and is equiped with its own distance adjustable fork prongs. The complete pack of kerbs is carried on the machine. A simple movement of the vacuum switch activates smoothly and quickly the suction, lifting, lowering and laying of the kerb stones. Easily capable of installing 300 metres per day. The are 2 models of the Jumbo BV available:
Integral Fuel Engine - operates independent of the wheel loader, and it can easily be fixed to various wheel loaders. Hydraulically operated - less noise emission, and there is no need to fill with fuel.The Jumbo BV consists mainly of 2 parts:
1. The Vacuum Hose Lifter | Lifting height from ground level up to approx. 1,100mm.
Operating valve unit with dust filter.
Kerb Stone suction gripper with durable foam rubber seal, also suitable for natural kerb stones.
All components can be changed quickly using the quick change fasteners.
2. Pillar Swing Crane
Swing range of jib approx. 270 degrees.
Height of the jib approx 2,800mm.
The jib is lifted hydraulically.
