Hydraulica Vacuum Glass lifter

The Hydraulica vacuum glass lifter is highly versatile dual circuit glass lifter with 10 pads as standard lifting 750kg. There are 2 extendable arms with 2 pads on each that can be fitted to further stabilise the load and will increase the lifting capacity up to 1000kg.

The Hydraulica vacuum glass lifter is supplied with a wheeled stand so it is quick and easy to move into position as and when required.

The Hydraulica vacuum glass lifter is fitted powered tilting so positioning has never been easier, this is controlled via a cable remote control system.

  • Suitable for lifting gastight materials with a smooth surface for example: glass, plastic boards, ceramic plates, sheet metals, coated boards.
  • Dual - independent vacuum circuits with two vacuum reserve tanks and two non-return valves.
  • Vacuum gauge for each circuit.
  • Manual 270° lockable rotation.
  • Powered hydraulic tilting from vertical to horizontal.
  • 4 on-board maintenance-free vacuum pumps.
  • 12v battery with integral charger or 110v/240v mains and battery energy gauge.
  • Audio-visual low vacuum alert.
  • Cable remote control as standard.
  • Individual pads can be isolated to accommodate irregular shapes.
  • Wheeled Stand.
